Awarded the main contract for Singapore Power project of contract value $77,206,716.00.

This project involved in A&A to the single user light industrial development comprising addition of a floor to the existing 7-storey block to an 8-storey block and a new 8-storey annex block extension.

Awarded the contract for the enhance work in Empress Place and Esplanade Park of contract value $66,329,473.50.

Awarded SS 506: Part 1: 2009 Certification by AJA Registrars
